Terms of Service

By accessing or using Thraed ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users who contribute content, information, and other materials or services.

Thraed is a wardrobe management and styling application that provides:

• Digital wardrobe organization and cataloging
• AI-powered clothing item scanning and categorization
• Virtual try-on visualization
• Outfit creation and saving
• Style suggestions and recommendations
• Cross-device syncing via iCloud

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You retain ownership of photos, wardrobe items, outfits, and other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Includes personal information of others without consent

Our virtual try-on and styling suggestion features use artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated visualizations are approximations and may not perfectly reflect real-world appearance
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI suggestions
• Styling advice is for informational purposes only and reflects algorithmic patterns, not professional fashion consultation
• Virtual try-on results may vary based on image quality, lighting, and other factors
• Always use your own judgment when making purchasing or styling decisions

The Service offers subscription plans and in-app purchases for premium features:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off in your account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire while your account is active

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the change is implemented.

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Circumvent any security features or access restrictions
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Harvest or collect user information without consent

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Chewable and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or absence of viruses
• Accuracy of AI-generated visualizations or suggestions

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHEWABLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Purchasing decisions made based on AI suggestions or virtual try-ons
• Damages resulting from third-party content or services
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Request by law enforcement or government agency
• Unexpected technical or security issues
• Extended periods of inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or through other communications. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chewable operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
