Washing
- Machine wash at up to 40°C (104°F). Wash activewear after each wear to avoid smell.
- Skip fabric softener on sportswear: it coats the fibres and traps odour.

- Tumble dry low, or line dry. It dries quickly.
Ironing
- Use a low heat or steam, and a cloth. A hot iron can melt it.
Storing
- Fold or hang. It does not need special storage.
Mistakes to avoid
- Ironing on high.
- Leaving sweaty sportswear in a bag.
Always follow the care label on the garment. Blends, dyes and finishes can change what a piece can take, and a lower temperature is always safe. Thraed records the fabric of each piece you scan, so it is in your closet when you need it.
